Rachel Marie
As she studies Religion at Brandon University, Rachel Marie also practices the expression of insight through creative writing and poetry. This insight is drawn from life traumas, healing, and experiences with organizations, and significantly different blends of people. From active emergency response training as a ground search and rescue worker, all the way over to writing abstract art reviews for an art gallery, and regular Buddhist practices with a dharma group, she learns to observe humanity out of many different lenses. This is just the beginning of her journey within humanity services and the ‘good work’ that results from creativity and compassion.
